POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

How to Use
Administer this product in the drinkers that the birds are accustomed to using and check that all the drinkers are working properly.
Avoid treating on a day when normal normal water consumption of a flock might be reduced by sudden drop in temperature.
This product will not affect the growth rate or egg production of the birds. Nor will it affect the fertility or the hatchability of eggs when used in accordance with directions.
For maximum efficiency against worms, the drinking water medicated with Aristopet Wormer for Poultry must be consumed in the shortest possible time. Water should be withheld from birds 2 hours before nightfall.The required amount of medicted water is then made available, so that the birds can then start drinking it at daylight or when the lights are turned on. Replace the medicated water with fresh water as soon as it is all consumed or after 8 hours. Treat boilers or other chickens raised under continuous lighting by withholding drinking water for 1 hours in summer or 2 hours in winter and then give medicated water as above.
Can I use the Poultry Wormer on my ornamental birds?
Yes it is safe to use in ornamental birds. We also sell Aristopet Animal Health Bird Wormer for Ornamental Birds.
