POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Fast and effective all-in-one protection against fleas, intestinal worms, heartworms and ear mites. Aristopet Spot On tube has a precision nozzle to apply directly onto the skin. Place the tip of the tube between the shoulder blades and squeeze firmly twice to apply the solution. Each application provides one-month protection for your dog.
Topical Flea, Heartworm and Worm Treatment
Stops flea feeding in 3-5 minutes
Prevents heartworm and controls intestinal worms and larvae
Treats and controls lice, sarcoptic mange and ear mites

Apply once a month for full month protection Treatment for heartworm should occur regularly at monthly intervals. The Aristopet Fleas, Heartworm and Worms Spot On is safe to be used in heartworm positive dogs.
*Diagnostic test for heartworm prior to commencement of treatment is recommended to ensure the optimum health of pets. Should not be used to treat existing heartworm infections unless directed by a veterinarian. Suitable for dogs 10-25kg. Safe for use in puppies from 7 weeks of age.

How to Use
Remove required tube(s) from the package.
Hold tube upright and twist off the cap.
Apply between the shoulder blades.
The animal should be standing for easy application. Remove any collar prior to application and replace when product is dry. Part the hair until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube on the skin and squeeze the tube firmly twice to apply the solution directly on the skin. Avoid pet’s eyes or mouth.
Record treatment date and repeat monthly or as required. The product remains efficacious following shampoo treatment, swimming or exposure to rain. If washing animal during use of this product use a soap-free shampoo. Avoid applying the product while the animal is wet.
Occasionally, hair loss may occur at the application site. This is usually a single occurrence and hair will grow back uneventfully.
