POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

A gooey vibrant purple gel that will help alleviate joint and muscle discomfort in horses (and dogs).
Cool It gel aids in stimulating blood circulation to soothe muscles and joints, potentially alleviating pain. COOL IT, effectively soothes sore joints, ligaments, and tendons, providing comprehensive benefits for enhanced equine comfort.
· Support healthy response to sprains and bruising.
· Cooling action helps reduce discomfort and swelling.
· Warming action for healthy blood circulation to the area.
· Useful to soften and release tension in large muscle areas prior to training.
· Ideal for applying to injuries (where the skin is not broken) and after blows and contusions.
· Beneficial for old, nagging injuries.
· Aromatic oils help clear the airways when applied to the nose.
· Apply liberally to affected areas.
· Contains Wintergreen which may be a controlled substance in some disciplines during competition.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Liberally apply directly to affected area and use as required. We use the HORSE QUEENED Applicator brush to avoid messy hands! Product can affect your skin similar to Deep Heat so suggest wearing gloves or using applicator brush if possible. The colour will NOT leave any colour residue on your own skin.
