POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The ThinLine Flexible Filly Grazing Muzzle is made for the horse's comfort and wellbeing.
Horse grazing muzzles are a must for many horses but discomfort is not. Our research determined horses dislike muzzles because they cannot behave naturally in them. With the historical cage-like or bucket-like muzzles, horses are unable to engage in social activities like wither scratching or other playful interactions resulting in social and emotional health in horse herds.
Our Flexible Filly slow feed grazing horse muzzle is unlike the typical cage-like apparatus of the past. We designed this to be softer, lighter, and less behaviourally restrictive.
Constructed of a durable and pliable material that radically improves the horses’ feel.
It is effective while also being soft on equine teeth and lips.
The Flexible Filly Muzzle is well-ventilated and safe, rated to break just before your turnout halter. Additionally, the grazing hole size is adjustable, allowing you to offer the perfect grazing options.
