Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

â Also known as Salisbury Gag.
â This bit is ideal for young horses.
â It has full rings with jointed mouthpiece.
â Pressure on the gag rein causes the bit to move higher in the horse's mouth.
â This creates poll pressure and obviously quite strong pressure to all areas in the mouth.
â It works well on horses that are heavy on the forehand as well as most forward going horses.
â Ideally used with double reins, this bit can also be used with a single rein on the gag itself, or with gag reins.
