POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Fly Mask Classic without ears is made of mesh fabric and has soft edges to avoid rubbing. The materials are highly breathable, durable at 100% UV-protective.
This fly mask is perfect for horses that don’t like having their ears or nose covered, while still being protected against flies and other insects. The mask can be used in the field and is very resistant to playful horses. This mask is also very useful for shows as it’s easy to put on fast before entering the arena.
The Fly Mask Classic without ears closes under the jaw with a Velcro closure. There also is an adjustable slipping buckle closure behind the horse’s ears.
The Classic Fly Masks are the perfect solution for breeding mares and horses that are outside 24/7. They will stay perfectly in place all day long while being 100% comfortable for your horse.

Care guide
Machine Washable
Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend washing it as infrequently as possible and using our protective washing bags in order to maintain quality over the long term. We also recommend using professional machines (larger capacity) to limit damage due to the drum of the normal washing machine. To dry it, simply put it outside on a sunny day. The dryer is not recommended.
