POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Air Tech Eventing Boot exists out of 5 layers. On the inside there is a veryĀ breathable knitted liningĀ which ensures a soft feeling against the skin and therefore prevents rubs. This lining also prevents the boot from slipping or turning. The second layer exists out of 5mm thick EVA foam. This material isĀ extremely light and shock absorbingĀ and offers a lot of stability to the boot as well as your horseās leg. This EVAĀ foam is perforated withĀ ventilation holesto allow the heat to escape so the legs donāt overheat.
The third layer is a 2mm thickĀ TPU hard shellĀ that stops the largest impact andĀ prevents penetration from horse shoes or studs. On the back of the front leg we added another layer of 5mm thickĀ EVA foamĀ to provide extra protection from the possible impact of the hind legs.
The outer layer is made out ofĀ perforated artificial leather.Ā The tiny ventilation holes prevent the leg from overheating. The material doesnāt absorb water which allows the Air Tech Eventing Boots to maintain their light weight. Therefore they can enhance the performance and contribute to the comfort of the horse during these long, hard cross-country courses.Ā
On the side of the fetlock we added a seem to ensure a perfect fit and the Air Tech Eventing Boots donāt slide off and donāt turn. Match these with our Air Tech Overreach Boots for guaranteeing the best protection to your horse!
The Eventing Boots feature an extremely strong Velcro fastening. Quick tip: put some tape around the fastening of the boots to extend their durability.Ā The Air Tech Eventing Boots are machine washable at 30Ā° (no dryer). Close the Velcro fastening before washing or put in a washing bag. Ā
