POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Kentucky have developed a half pad with the same composition as their other ones but that is a lot thinner (2,5 cm thick). Therefore, the rider has a better connection with the horse. This improves the contact between rider and horse, whilst still offering great protection to the horse’s back. Thanks to the 5-layer system the pad absorbs shocks and minimalizes the pressure of the saddle and rider. The Half Pad Anatomic Absorb is made out of an absorb fabric, a memory foam, a shock absorbing gel, again a memory foam and another absorb fabric. The outside lining is made out microfiber with ventilation holes for quick dry and anti-slip. Because of the reduced thickness of the half pad, it offers maximal freedom and stability and reduces back pain. It also offers extra comfort to the horse and rider. The anatomic shape ensures the freedom of the withers and spine. Because of the artificial leather edge, the Half Pad Anatomic Absorb looks very fancy. It is easy to maintain as it sustains the washing process at 30°, no dryer.
