POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Dermal Cream is a unique, luxurious product that will help improve the appearance of your pets skin and is an ideal nourishing cream. You will notice the changes to their skin as the cream quickly penetrates and moisturises the delicate layers.
Dermal Cream is a non greasy formulation using 10 key ingredients to improve the outward appearance of your pets skin, including nose, pads and elbows while also acting as a moisture enhancer.
Directions & Dosages:
Apply liberally to skin or appropriate dressing once or twice daily

Yes, you can use Dermal Cream on your pet’s nose, as well as any other area of their body.
What is the difference between Dermal Cream and Dermal Oil?
Dermal Cream is a similar product but with a rich, creamy feel, while Dermal Oil is an oily substance. Dermal Cream is an excellent moisturising product for dry and damaged skin, while Dermal Oil is an effective product to nourish the skin and includes eucalyptus oil as a natural skin barrier.
Is it safe if my pet licks the cream off?
Yes, DermaLotion is made from all natural ingredients and is completely safe if your horse licks it off their skin.
Can I use this on broken skin?
Yes, it is very safe to use on broken skin, cuts and grazes affecting the epidermis and dermis layers. The only time we recommend not using DermaLotion on very deep wounds and gashes affecting the deeper hypodermis layers, which are made of body fat and connective tissue. These wounds generally need stitches and should heal more slowly than the top layers of the skin.
Is this a sunscreen?
No, DermaLotion does not have UV protection, however it is not photo-sensitive, meaning it does not burn the skin.
Will this burn their skin in the sun?
All our skin products are designed to be used without the need to cover the skin after use. They are not photosensitive and do not have a chemical reaction when exposed to light and sun. Therefore no rugging required.
