POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

So how does a 3/16” thick pad of ThinLine stitched onto a 1/2” thick wool felt pad make you a better-balanced rider and your horse more responsive and sounder? In a few ways…
The thin, Pro Tech Premium Felt Saddle Pad eliminates pressure points and provides more shock absorption than a 2-inch thick felt pad. The pad is soft and flexible, allowing it to fit neatly and mold comfortably against your horses’ natural conformation. Without the extra movement and “dead” feel of thick and gel pads between you and your horse, you can feel each other.
For the horse.
