Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
We've also catered for the needs of your smaller four legged friends with our range of dog coats. These are sure to keep your dog warm and dry in inclement weather, with a waterproof and breathable ripstop exterior, 600D with 200g filling . Our dog coats feature a soft fleece strip over the neck and a side pleat for added movement to keep your dog comfortable. There is also a reflective strip around the exterior stitching to keep your friend safe and visible when you are out and about early in the morning or late at night.
And if your dogs are anything like ours, they are likely to get messy! Our dog coats are easily spot cleaned with warm soapy water, or can be washed in their entirety according to the manufacturer's instructions.
All four sizes feature a Velcro chest and belly strap, which lends itself to adjustment and ensures a good fit. Elastic leg straps ensure added comfort and a close fit. Measure your dog whilst standing from the base of the neck to the start of the tail for a good fit.
