Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

There are three performance levels of Body Protectors, the highest being Level 3, is tested at the highest energy impacts. Body Protectors are designed for some protection from falling from a horse.
VIPA Body Protectors are annually tested to make sure they conform to the Standard they claim to meet, as required by Harness Racing Australia and Racing Australia.
Level 1
This Protector provides a level of protection that is required by Horse Racing throughout the world.
VIPA I Body Protector has been tested according to, and conforms with the EN13158: 2009 Standard Level 1
This VIPA I Body Protector has been approved by the Australian Racing Board (ARB) for use on Australian Race Tracks
Available in Black
Designed for both female and male riders.
