Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The flexibility and stretchiness of the ThinLine moulds around your horse’s shape. The contour of the pad, which follows the natural curve of your horse’s back, stops any bunching.

Shimming for Saddle Fit and Comfort
Full saddle fitting shims are available when you select your pad size. These may be used as-is to double your protection or trimmed into pairs of front, bridging, and rear shims to customize your saddle fit.
One of the great features of selecting synthetic fleece against your horse; you have incredible softness without the high maintenance of real sheepskin. So feel free to get sweaty and work hard! The ThinLine will be ventilating the heat from under your saddle. This pad may be a bit large for your home washing machine, but it is machine washable with cold water or brush off daily. A simple hosing will do as well. Your pad comes with a full one year warranty.
