POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Increase your horse's UV protection level. For horses that require additional UV eye protection, the Ultimate UV Fly Veil includes a 100 percent UV Eye Shield Insert and a 100 percent UV Ripstop Insect Control treated Nose Protector.

Patented three-dart design maximises airflow and improves visibility by 70%. Triple locking system for added security, velcro is attached to the underside of the jaw. Elastic under the jaw allows for movement. Fleece at all points of contact for added comfort.
Veterinarians recommend this product for eye health. If you're in doubt about your size, we recommend going up. Reduce the chin measurement by angling or folding the soft velcro strap. This provides the maximum eye clearance, which is critical.
When selecting a size for Fly Veils with Noses, please consider the length of your horse's face to ensure the veil does not obstruct your horse's nostrils in any way.
