POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Zandona CARBON AIR SENSITIVE+ ACTIVE FIT VELCRO Fetlock boots are ideal for horse's with sensitive skin.
These fetlock boots are equipped with an internal coating made of sheared REAL MERINO WOOL. Avoiding the use of SKIN we can avoid its typical care and maintenance problems without giving up the maximum comfort and anti-allergic properties.
Technical specifications:
- 100% Made in Italy;
- external TPU structure with differentiated thickness;
- ventilated by Air-Vents located over the fetlock;
- Gel-Tech working as shock absorber and comfortable padding;
- Carbon Fibre elements to thermally insulate the joints from the heat generated by external friction while increasing the mechanical resistance to impacts;
- Flex-Zone to allow maximum freedom of movement to the limb.
NOTICE: CARBON AIR SENSITIVE+ ACTIVE-FIT VELCRO Fetlock are not FEI Jumping Rules compliant. Check the EA/FEI guidelines prior to purchasing.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
The product line CARBON AIR SENSITIVE+ is made with GENUINE LAMB but WITHOUT SKIN.
This allows to avoid the typical problems of care and maintenance. However, a regular care of the product is highly recommended to maintain its quality, the aspect and performances to perfectly protect your horse.
Here are the essential tips you need to prolong the life of these items:
- Gently wash the product with a non-aggressive brush, with a soft cloth or a soft sponge;
- Wash the product by hand in cold water (max 30°C);
- Use special detergents specific for wool and follow the instructions regarding the quantity to use;
- Leave the product in a dry, well-ventilated place, never to the direct sunlight and away from artificial heat.
CAUTION:
- Do not wash the product with a conventional detergent;
- Do not wash the product in the washing machine;
- Do not put the product in a dryer.
